These terms are an agreement between you and MarketDirection.io ("we", "us"). By ticking the box at sign-up or using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't create an account.

MarketDirection provides analytical tools for index and futures traders: an AI that reads market news, publishes a daily directional call and a trading-conditions score, and grades its own past calls.

It is informational and educational only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a prediction you should rely on. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Every trading decision you make — and every result of it — is yours alone.

The tools make calls and then grade themselves honestly, including their misses. We make no promise about accuracy, uptime, or profitability. Market data, news sources, and AI models can all be wrong, late, or unavailable. Past performance of the tools does not indicate future results.

You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to sign up. Pick a username that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else — we may rename or remove accounts that do either.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; that removes your account and sessions permanently.

Tools are sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access — no subscription. Payments aren't live yet; when they are, the price and what it includes will be stated clearly at checkout, and these terms will be updated with refund details before we take a penny.

Don't scrape the site, resell or redistribute the calls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product grows — most notably when payments launch and when the lawyer-reviewed version replaces this one. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email, and the effective date above always tells you which version you're reading.
