1. What you're agreeing to
These terms are an agreement between you and MarketDirection.io ("we", "us"). By ticking the box at sign-up or using the site, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't create an account.
2. What the service is, and isn't
MarketDirection provides analytical tools for index and futures traders: an AI that reads market news, publishes a daily directional call and a trading-conditions score, and grades its own past calls.
It is informational and educational only. Nothing on this site is financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell anything, or a prediction you should rely on. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Every trading decision you make, and every result of it, is yours alone.
3. No guarantees
The tools make calls and then grade themselves honestly, including their misses. We make no promise about accuracy, uptime, or profitability. Market data, news sources, and AI models can all be wrong, late, or unavailable. Past performance of the tools does not indicate future results.
4. Your account
You need an account to use the dashboard. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to sign up. Pick a username that isn't offensive or impersonating someone else. We may rename or remove accounts that do either.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That removes your account and sessions permanently, and if you've bought the kit, your access to it goes with them. Deleting your account isn't a refund request: if you're still inside the refund window, ask for the refund first.
5. Payments
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial of the full kit, with no card needed. Use it to decide whether the kit is right for you before you pay anything.
After that, the kit is a single one-time payment for lifetime access to both tools. It isn't a subscription and nothing renews. The price is shown on the site and again at checkout before you pay. Prices are in US dollars; checkout may show you the amount in your own currency, and any conversion is handled by Stripe or your bank.
Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. The kit unlocks on your account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
"Lifetime access" means access for as long as we run the service. It belongs to your account and is for your own use, so it can't be shared, transferred or resold.
6. Refunds
If the kit isn't for you, email support@marketdirection.io within 14 days of buying it and we'll refund everything you paid. You don't need to give a reason. Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us that address, so we can match it to your payment.
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. Stripe usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show it on your statement. Once you're refunded, the kit locks again on your account; the account itself stays open unless you delete it.
After 14 days from the date of purchase, the sale is final and we don't give refunds, including for a change of mind or because you've stopped using the tools.
None of this takes away your legal rights. The 14-day window covers the right to cancel an online purchase that consumers have in the UK and EU. And if the service is faulty or not as described, you keep whatever remedies consumer law gives you where you live, which aren't limited to 14 days.
If something looks wrong with a payment, please email us before disputing it with your bank; we can usually sort it out faster than a chargeback. While a payment is under dispute, we may lock the kit on that account.
7. Fair use
Don't scrape the site, resell or redistribute the calls, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email, and the effective date above always tells you which version you're reading.

MarketDirection.io provides analytical tools for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing here is financial advice or a recommendation to trade. Trading carries significant risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Past performance does not indicate future results.
